The Child Care Benefit Network (CCBN) is designed to address those concerns. The contracts would be a "purchase of service" agreement not a "vested benefit"; therefore it does not require a matching commitment to employees not needing the service.

• Eligibility for tax benefits. CCBN will provide information on applying for tax relief.

• CCBN will conduct an Employee Needs Assessment Survey if needed.

• CCBN will provide a hidden cost analysis of childcare issues.

• CCBN will provide up to three trainings per year for HR directors regarding a variety of services within the community.

• CCBN will display an informational booth at your company's facility up to three times a year to promote the benefit.

• Quarterly reports to the employer.

• No extra work for your Human Resources Director - we do it all!

• Childcare placement services including recruitment, screening, background checks, and assistance in hiring a provider.
